Delivery times

 After placing your order, it is usually processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and can be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance and holidays. However, we do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Track & Trace

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code that allows you to track the progress of your order. This way you are always aware of where your order is and when you can expect it.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. After  Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns during this period.

• Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging, including all associated accessories and labels.
• Register return:
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Retours@kntd.nl to register your return. Please state your order number and the product you wish to return.
• Pack the product: Make sure the product is properly packed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transportation.
• Send the product: Send the product to the return address provided by us. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund
• Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will inform you about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days .
